W Energy was established in Taiwan in 2013 and began as an astute and selective solar project investor. Founding principles of quality, reliability and performance guided W Energy to early success in Japan and forged a philosophy of doing business with the right partner, on the right project, the right way. W Energy’s principles, philosophy and growing list of successful solar projects attracted like-minded, strategic investors interested in the broadening solar project landscape. Realizing the opportunity, Solmax Power was created in 2016 to embrace strategic investors and accelerate solar PV project development.
Today, Solmax Power is a full-service commercial PV project developer and EPC-M company which has invested in, developed, installed, operated, maintained and managed more than 100MW in 6 countries. Solmax Power’s achievements are the result of a top tier professional team comprised of experts in PV module and inverter manufacturing, talented engineers plus skilled financial and project management leadership.
